Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd Holds 47th AGM

Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd. held its 47th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. The meeting, attended by 95 members in person, transacted four key items of business. These included the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, the re-appointment of two directors retiring by rotation, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta as Whole-time Director. All resolutions, both ordinary and special, were passed with the requisite majority based on the consolidated results of remote e-voting and ballot voting.
