Praruh Technologies Ltd Closes Trading Window Until April 01, 2026

Praruh Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window with effect from April 01, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended as on March 31, 2026, will be informed in due course.
