Praruh Technologies MD Acquires Equity Shares

Praruh Technologies Limited announced that its Managing Director and Promoter, Mr. Vishal Prakash, has acquired equity shares of the company. The acquisition, classified as a 'Purchase' transaction, occurred on September 24, 2026. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Prakash held 50,99,898 equity shares, representing 36.61% of the total shareholding. Post-acquisition, his holding increased to 51,01,898 equity shares, representing 36.62% of the total shareholding. The value of the transaction was Rs. 3,26,200/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Two Hundred Only). This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
