Praxis Home Retail Ltd has re-appointed M/s Protune KSA Consultants Private Limited as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The re-appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting on May 29, 2026. Protune KSA Consultants, based in Mumbai, is part of the KS Aiyar Group and offers services in performance consulting, risk management, and business analytics.
