Praxis Home Retail Secures ₹14.5 Cr Unsecured Loan

Praxis Home Retail Limited has entered into a Loan Agreement with CMS IT Services Private Limited to avail an unsecured loan of up to ₹14.50 Crores. The loan will be disbursed in one or more tranches by March 31, 2027. The funds are intended for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The loan carries an interest rate of 11% per annum for an initial period of 6 months, with an option for extension. As of the filing, ₹4 Crores of the loan has been taken and is outstanding.
