Premier Energies: Auditor Re-appointment & ₹5000 Cr Fundraise

Premier Energies Ltd's board approved the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The board also approved raising up to ₹5000 Crores through equity shares, non-convertible debentures, warrants, or other eligible securities via QIP or other permissible modes. Additionally, Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeding Mr. Ravella Sreeenivasa Rao.
