Premier Energies Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 38.2% to ₹26,560 Million

Premier Energies Limited announced strong unaudited financial results for Q2 FY27, reporting total revenue of INR 26,560 million, a 38.2% year-over-year increase. Quarterly EBITDA stood at INR 7,600 million (up 17.8% YoY) with a margin of 28.6%, and Profit After Tax (PAT) reached INR 4,624 million (up 30.8% YoY) with a margin of 17.4%. The company achieved record production of 916 MW solar cells (99% capacity utilization), 1,199 MW solar modules, and 761 MVA transformers. With the commissioning of its 7 GW N-type TOPCon solar cell facility, Premier Energies solidifies its position as India's largest integrated solar manufacturer with 10.6 GW cell and 11.1 GW module capacity. The company is undertaking a ₹12,500 crore capex program to expand backward integration and diversify into inverters, transformers, and battery storage systems.
