Premier Synthetics Appoints New Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Premier Synthetics Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. A H Mandaliya & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor for a term of five years. This appointment follows the retirement of the previous auditor, M/s. Purushottam Khandelwal & Co. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation and approval of the Audit Committee. The new auditor, based in Ahmedabad, has over eight years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and GST compliance. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
