Prestige Estates Launches Phase 2 of Prestige Forest Hills in Mumbai

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has launched Phase 2 of 'Prestige Forest Hills' at 'The Prestige City, Mulund' in Mumbai. This phase includes Towers C (part) & D, offering 500 premium 3 and 4-bedroom residences with expansive decks. Apartment sizes range from 946 to 2,643 sq. ft. carpet area, with ticket sizes starting around ₹2.73 crore. The project spans a developable area of approximately 1.7 million sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,200 crore. Prestige Forest Hills is part of a larger 32-acre integrated township. Phase 1 was launched in August 2024.
