Prima Industries Executes Trust Deed for Gratuity Trust

Prima Industries Ltd executed a Trust Deed on May 6, 2026, to establish the "Prima Industries Ltd Employees’ Gratuity Trust." This trust, managed jointly with ICICI Prudential Group Gratuity Scheme, aims to provide gratuity benefits to eligible employees in accordance with applicable laws. The company will contribute to the Trust based on actuarial valuation. Ms. Swati Gupta and Mr. Kushagra Gupta, directors of the company, have been appointed as Trustees in a fiduciary capacity. The Trust Deed does not affect the management or control of the company.
