Dilip Parekh Acquires 3.70% Stake in Prima Innovation via Gift

Prima Innovation Ltd has announced a disclosure under SEBI's substantial acquisition regulations. Promoter Dilip Manharlal Parekh acquired 406,530 equity shares, representing 3.70% of the total share capital, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift. The acquisition does not alter the total shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group, as the shares were transferred from one promoter entity to another. The total shareholding of Dilip Parekh now stands at 31.73% post-acquisition.
