Prima Innovation: Promoter Group Share Transfer via Gift

Prima Innovation Ltd has filed a disclosure regarding a share transfer within the promoter group. Madhavi Dilip Parekh, a member of the promoter group, has disposed of 406,530 shares (3.70% stake) via inter-se transfer by way of gift to an immediate relative. Importantly, there is no change in the total shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company pre and post this transaction. The total equity share capital of the company remains 11,004,700 shares.
