Prima Innovation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has decided to convene the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Additionally, the Board approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Independent Auditor's Limited Review report. Mr. Prashant Diwan has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
