Prima Innovation Promoter Acquires 34.9 Lakh Shares, 31.73% Stake

Prima Innovation Ltd has received a disclosure from Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh, a Promoter, regarding the acquisition of 34,89,760 equity shares. This transaction, valued at an undisclosed amount, represents a 31.73% stake in the company. The shares were acquired from Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh, also a Promoter, through an off-market transaction. This acquisition is executed pursuant to proviso (i) to Regulation 4(1) of the Insider Trading Regulations. Following the transaction, Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh's shareholding has increased from 56.14% to 87.87%.
