Prima Innovation Ltd announced that Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh, a Promoter, has sold 34,89,760 equity shares, representing 31.73% of the company's total shareholding. The sale was an off-market transaction conducted with Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh, also a Promoter. This transaction was executed pursuant to proviso (i) to Regulation 4(1) of the Insider Trading Regulations.
