Prima Plastics: Promoter group acquires 29.02 Lakh shares via gift

Prima Plastics Limited has announced an inter-se transfer of shares within the promoter group. Mr. Dilip Manharlal Parekh, the acquirer and part of the promoter group, has acquired 29,01,921 equity shares (26.38% holding) through a gift from Mr. Bhaskar Manharlal Parekh and Mrs. Chhaya Bhaskar Parekh. This transaction, occurring on October 06, 2026, is exempt from open offer requirements under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, as it is an inter-se transfer among promoters without consideration. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged.
