Hawa Engineers: Promoter Asad Kagdi Acquires 1.98% Stake via Gift

Hawa Engineers Ltd has disclosed a shareholding change involving promoter Asad F Kagdi. Mr. Kagdi acquired 69,900 equity shares, representing 1.98% of the company's share capital, from Jamilabibi Fazlurrehman Kagdi, another member of the promoter group. The transfer was conducted off-market as an inter-se transfer among promoters, specifically by way of gift without consideration, in compliance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. This transaction does not alter the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding percentage in the company. The acquisition increases Asad Kagdi's individual holding from 7.56% to 9.54%.
