Hawa Engineers: Promoter acquires 1.98% stake via gift

Hawa Engineers Ltd announced that Mr. Aslam Kagdi, a promoter, has acquired 69,900 equity shares, representing 1.98% of the company's share capital. The shares were transferred from Jamilabibi Fazlurrehman Kagdi, also a member of the promoter group, through an inter-se transfer without consideration, by way of gift.
