Hawa Engineers: Promoter Group Inter-se Share Transfer

Jamilabibi Fazlurrahman Kagdi, a member of the promoter group of Hawa Engineers Ltd, has transferred 2,09,700 equity shares, representing 5.95% of the company's share capital, to Mr. Aslam Kagdi, Mr. Asad Kagdi, and Mr. Mohammed Fazlurrehman Kagdi. This transfer was conducted off-market as a gift without consideration, falling under inter-se transfer among promoters as per SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transaction does not alter the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding in the company. The total equity share capital of the company is 35,26,400 shares.
