Prime Fresh Appoints Keshri & Associates as New Statutory Auditors

Prime Fresh Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Keshri & Associates as its new statutory auditors, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval from the Board of Directors. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will be for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting. The current auditors, M/s O.P Bhandari & Co., will complete their second term at the ensuing AGM. Keshri & Associates, established in 1983, is a firm with nine partners and over 25 qualified professionals, specializing in Audit, Advisory, and Taxation.
