Prism Johnson increases Samini stake to 98.5% for ₹15.3 Cr

Prism Johnson Ltd has purchased 52,78,500 equity shares of its subsidiary, Samini Ceramics Limited, from Sentini Buildtech LLP for a total consideration of ₹15,30,76,500. This transaction, completed on July 31, 2026, increased Prism Johnson's shareholding in Samini from 90% to 98.5% on a fully diluted basis. Samini Ceramics, a manufacturer of ceramic tiles, recorded turnovers of ₹61.18 Crores in FY2025-26, ₹71.13 Crores in FY 2024-25, and ₹78.40 Crores in FY 2023-24. The purchase was a cash consideration and not a related party transaction.
