Prism Medico and Pharmacy Ltd. has announced that the promoters of the company have confirmed that none of them have encumbered the shares held by them during the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. A copy of the confirmation given by one of the promoters on behalf of others promoter and persons acting in concert is enclosed for record.
