Prismx Global Ventures Appoints New Executive Director, Re-appoints Independent Directors

Prismx Global Ventures Ltd announced significant management changes approved by shareholders on September 29, 2026. Mr. Ravindra Bhaskar Deshmukh has been appointed as an executive director, despite being over seventy years old. Additionally, Ms. Ankita Hasmukhdas Sethi and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sahu have been re-appointed as independent directors for their second terms. The company also appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year period, commencing from the conclusion of the recent Annual General Meeting until FY 2031-32. These changes are in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
