Prodocs Solutions Promoter Group Member Passes Away

Prodocs Solutions Limited has announced the demise of Mr. Prakash Prataprai Kapashi, a member of the Promoter Group. Mr. Kapashi, who was the father of Director Mr. Abhay Prakash Kapashi and father-in-law of Promoter Mrs. Forum Abhay Kapashi, passed away on August 22, 2026. The company received this intimation on August 25, 2026. As Mr. Kapashi held no shares and was not a director or KMP, his passing does not impact the company's board composition or key management. He will cease to be part of the Promoter/Promoter Group as per SEBI regulations.
