Progrex Ventures Board Meeting on Nov 12 to Approve Q2 Results, Management Changes

Progrex Ventures Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for November 12, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss and take on record the resignations of CS Kriti Singh (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer), Mr. Nitin Bhondwe (CEO), and Directors Mr. Shravan Kumar Jaiswal, Mr. Avneesh Sabherwal, and Ms. Shruti Dange. The meeting will also focus on approving the appointment of CS Apurv Maheshwari as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Nischal Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. S. Babu as an Independent Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Abhishek Jaiswal as a Non-Executive Director.
