Progrex Ventures Limited has submitted a statement to BSE confirming that no funds were raised through Public Issue, Right Issue, Preferential Issue, or Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) during the quarter and financial year ended September 30, 2026. Consequently, the Statement of Deviation or Variation as per Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the company for the said period.
