Propshare Platina Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Property Share Investment Trust - Propshare Platina has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from the opening of business hours on July 01, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Trust's internal code for dealing in securities.
