Prostarm Info Systems Limited has approved the allotment of 28,98,717 Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis to identified non-promoter category individuals. The total issue price for these warrants is ₹42,61,11,399 (₹42.61 Crore), with an issue price of ₹147 per warrant. The company has received 25% of the issue price upfront, amounting to ₹10,65,27,849.75. Each warrant holder can subscribe to one equity share of face value ₹10 at a premium of ₹137 within 18 months.
