Prostarm Info Systems Appoints Valawat & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Prostarm Info Systems Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Valawat and Associates Chartered Accountants as its new Statutory Auditors. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM. M/s. Valawat and Associates, established in 1987, has offices in Udaipur and Mumbai and extensive experience across various industries.
