The decision was made at a Board meeting held on August 12, 2026. HRJ & Associates is a chartered accountancy firm with expertise in audit, accounting, and taxation. Mrs. Dipika Kataria is an experienced company secretary with over 16 years of experience in secretarial audits for listed entities, specializing in corporate laws, SEBI, and FEMA regulations. This change is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
