Swadeshi Industries Appoints Rajeev Ranjan Sarkari as Independent Director

Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Ltd announced a change in its Board of Directors following a meeting on August 12, 2026. Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Sarkari has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director. His term will extend until the next Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sarkari brings over 35 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Governance, Cybersecurity, Defence & Aerospace, and IT, with a focus on strategic digital transformation and national development. His expertise includes leading large-scale government initiatives and digital governance projects. He is currently CEO of Kristellar Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. and previously held leadership roles at AISL and V17rangee Limited.
