Nimbus Projects Recommends Anand Kumar as Non-Executive Director

Nimbus Projects Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has proposed the appointment of Mr. Anand Kumar as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026. Mr. Kumar, a former Indian Administrative Service officer with extensive experience in public administration, governance, infrastructure, and tourism, has been vetted and is not debarred from holding a directorship. The company has also confirmed compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
