Power Grid Appoints Amol Babulal Taori as Director (Finance)

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (POWERGRID) has announced the appointment of Shri Amol Babulal Taori as its new Director (Finance). The appointment was conveyed by the Ministry of Power via an order dated August 12, 2026. Shri Taori, previously Executive Director (International Trade) at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), will serve in this role for a period of five years from his assumption of charge, or until further orders. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further details will be provided upon his assumption of office.
