Prudent Corporate Invests ₹6.53 Cr in Subsidiary Prutech

Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd announced an investment of up to ₹6,53,40,000 (₹65.34 Crore) in its wholly owned subsidiary, Prutech Financial Services Private Limited. The investment will be made through a subscription to Prutech's rights issue, acquiring up to 1,80,000 equity shares at ₹363 per share. This move increases Prutech's paid-up capital from ₹10,00,000 to ₹28,00,000. Prutech reported a turnover of ₹154.51 Lakhs and a net worth of ₹288.04 Lakhs for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also approved the allotment of 1190 equity shares under its ESOP scheme.
