Indo National Invests ₹25 Lakh in Medcuore Medical

Indo National Limited has invested an additional ₹25,01,968 (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakh One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Eight Only) in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL) through subscription to equity shares. This investment increases Indo National's stake by 0.39% on a fully diluted basis, bringing its total shareholding in MMSPL to 63.46%. MMSPL is involved in manufacturing and distributing air monitoring systems and air purifiers. The company stated the investment aims to facilitate business growth, generate revenue, and earn profits through business expansion. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and requires no governmental or regulatory approvals.
