Prudential Sugar to hold EGM for Director appointment regularization

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM (IST) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The primary agenda for the EGM is to consider and approve the regularization of Ms. Priyanka Rajora's appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director. Ms. Rajora was initially appointed as an Additional Director on February 13, 2026, following the resignation of Ms. Shilpa Bung. Her proposed term is for 5 years, until the conclusion of the 39th AGM in 2030, and she will not be liable to retire by rotation.
