PTC India Appoints Umesh Kumar Nand as Non-Executive Director

PTC India Ltd. has appointed Sh. Umesh Kumar Nand (DIN: 11471412), Executive Director at NHPC Limited, as a Non-Executive Nominee Director of NHPC on the Board of the Company, effective May 15, 2026. The appointment was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same date. Sh. Nand brings over 30 years of experience in Hydro Electric Power and has held various roles at NHPC. He is not related to any Director of PTC India.
