PTC India Appoints Umesh Kumar Nand as Non-Executive Director

PTC India Ltd. has appointed Sh. Umesh Kumar Nand (DIN: 11471412), Executive Director at NHPC Limited, as a Non-Executive Nominee Director on its Board, effective May 15, 2026. The appointment was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same date. Sh. Nand brings over 30 years of experience in Hydro Electric Power, having held various roles at NHPC. He is not related to any existing director of PTC India Ltd.
