PTC India: Sukhdev Singh Appointed Non-Executive Chairman

PTC India Ltd. announced that Sh. Sukhdev Singh, an Independent Director (DIN: 03288811), has assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the company effective May 15, 2026. This follows the receipt of consent from the CMDs of all four promoter companies. His tenure as Non-Executive Chairman will last until the completion of his term as an Independent Director, which is up to November 10, 2028. Mr. Singh, aged 62, has an extensive background in the Indian Administrative Service, having served as Chief Secretary of Jharkhand and in various key administrative positions.
