ICICI Pru MF Sells 23.53 Lakh PVR Inox Shares, Holding Drops to 4.705%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, including iSIF, has disclosed a net sale of 23,53,378 equity shares of PVR Inox Ltd. between May 16, 2024, and April 24, 2026. This transaction, conducted via the open market, led to a decrease of over 2% in their shareholding. Consequently, the fund's stake in PVR Inox Ltd. has reduced from 7.107% to 4.705% of the total voting capital. The fund clarified that the holding is for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest.
