Pyramid Technoplast Gets GPCB Authorization for Waste Recycling
Pyramid Technoplast Limited has received an amended Consolidated Consent and Authorisation (CCA) from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). This authorization allows the company to receive, collect, store, transport, and recycle industrial packaging waste, including hazardous-waste contaminated barrels and containers, generated by third parties. The company is permitted to handle up to 960 MT of such waste annually, expanding its recycling operations and offering end-to-end waste management solutions. Additionally, it can manufacture up to 9,000 cleaned barrels/drums per month for industrial use or granules, complementing its existing reprocessed granule capacity. This move aligns with the company's focus on a circular economy and provides a new avenue for growth in its recycling business.
