Trading Window Closure for Pyramid Technoplast's Q4 Results Until April 2026

Pyramid Technoplast Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives, from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. During this period, designated persons are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
