QGO Finance redeems ₹1 Cr in NCDs

QGO Finance Ltd has redeemed 100 unlisted unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹1,00,00,000, on June 16, 2026. These NCDs were part of an earlier allotment of 200 NCDs totaling ₹2,00,00,000 issued on a private placement basis in February 2023 for a 7-year tenure. The redemption was initiated by the NCD holder following the completion of the lock-in period on January 30, 2025. The company confirmed that the principal along with applicable interest was duly paid to the NCD holders through RTGS on the redemption date.
