The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on the same day. Mr. Harish Kumar brings over three decades of extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and digital services, with a proven track record in business transformation and market expansion. Previously, he served as Head of Sales – India & SAARC at Check Point Software Technologies.
