Quick Heal Appoints Harish Kumar GS as CEO

Quick Heal Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Harish Kumar GS as its new Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 18, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Harish Kumar brings over three decades of extensive experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and digital services, having previously served as Head of Sales – India & SAARC at Check Point Software Technologies.
