Raajmarg Infra InvIT Schedules First Annual Meeting for July 24, 2026

Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust has announced that its First Annual Meeting (AM) for unitholders will be held on July 24, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Unitholders of record as of June 26, 2026, will receive the notice electronically. The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The Trust also offers remote e-voting from July 21 to July 23, 2026, and e-voting during the meeting for unitholders of record as of July 17, 2026.
