Radico Khaitan: RTA KFin Technologies Changes Corporate Office Address

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced a change in the corporate office address of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited. The RTA will be relocating its corporate office effective December 1, 2026. The new address is Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, 6,23,24,25th Floor, South Tower, Gachibowli, Financial District, Rajapushpa West Avenue, Survey No. 115, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, District- Ranga Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana. All future correspondence with the RTA's corporate office should be directed to this new location. The RTA's registered office remains unchanged. Investors and stakeholders are advised to update their records accordingly.
