Raghav Productivity Enhancers forms JV with TRL Krosaki

Raghav Productivity Enhancers Ltd (RPEL) has incorporated a new company, 'RPEL TRLK SILICATECH PRIVATE LIMITED', in Odisha as a joint venture with TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited (TRLK). This new entity will focus on the development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of silica ramming mass and other refractories. RPEL will hold an 80% stake in the joint venture, which is expected to be operational within 60 days of incorporation. The transaction is considered a related party transaction due to common directors, but other promoters have no interest. The initial investment involves cash consideration for shares subscribed at face value.
