Raghunath Tobacco Company Ltd (RTCL) has submitted a nil form for deviation or variation under regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) 2015 for the quarter ended on 31 Dec 2025. The company did not raise any capital during the period of October to December 2025 and has fully utilised the earlier funds. The statement was submitted to acknowledge the receipt and record the utilisation of funds in terms of Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
