RVNL's East Coast Railway LOA for Surveillance System Cancelled

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced the cancellation of a Letter of Award (LOA) received from East Coast Railway. The LOA, originally issued on November 25, 2025, was for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an IP-based Video Surveillance System for the rolling stock of East Coast Railway, as per RDSO specifications. The company stated that the cancellation occurred without any financial repercussions for RVNL and was done with mutual consent between both parties. This update follows a previous communication dated November 27, 2025.
